Smartronix is a registered exporter with the US Department of State (Registration Number M19236). Consequently, Smartronix does not authorize or permit its personnel to disclose, export, or re-export any information, process, deliverable, or service without full compliance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations, including the regulation of the U.S. Department of Commerce and/or the U.S. Department of State, including the International Trade in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 22 CFR sections 120–130, and the Arms Export Control Act (AECA), 15 CFR sections 730–774. Smartronix further ensures that no product or information is provided to any prohibited country (including release of such technical information or software to nationals, wherever they may be located, of any prohibited country) as specified in applicable export, embargo, and sanctions regulations.
