Smartronix Supports Department of Homeland Security

In partnership with IBM, Smartronix is supporting the Technology
Operations and Maintenance Support (TOMIS) contract for the
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) United Stated Citizenship
and Immigration Services (USCIS). Under the TOMIS effort, IT
Operations and Maintenance Infrastructure Support will be
provided for approximately 16,000 Federal and contract employees
at over 280 USCIS locations across the United States, and 32
foreign offices. TOMIS provides a wide variety of IT support
services including Help Desk Services, Desk side/Server
Management, Hardware Maintenance, Cable-Plant support,
Deployment and Operations Outside of continental U.S. (OCONUS)
Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services. Additionally,
Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center
(SOC) support and router configuration services will be
provided. Smartronix is providing the services in the Operations
Management Program Facility in Boulder, Colorado.
Support for this contract, which represents a continuation of
enterprise operational service initiatives, will be managed by
the company’s Emerging Programs Group based in Chantilly,
Virginia. This group within Smartronix has a focused DHS
management and delivery team positioned to support the DHS
mission agency-wide.
