Smartronix Presents At 2007 DHS Conference

Two Smartronix experts have been selected to present at the 2007
annual Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Conference and
Workshops in Baltimore, Maryland. Smartronix personnel will be
demonstrating its innovative technology suites throughout the
week.
Bryson Hopkins will be presenting a 60 minute session titled
"Red Teaming End Users" which is both a business case study and
a justification for understanding end user behavior and risk
they present to an organization. Guy Hadsall will be presenting
a 60 minute session titled "How To: pOwn’ing your PBX"
which is an overview of Next Generation Telephony networks and
how IP-PBX’s present unforeseen risks to an organizations
mission.
The conference is expected to draw DHS IT planning managers and
security practitioners such as Information Systems Security
Officers (ISSO), System Security Officers (SSO), Designated
Accrediting Authorities (DAA), Information Systems Security
Managers (ISSM), and system/network administrators, as well as
Physical and Personnel Security Managers, State & Local
Security Managers, Special Security Officers, and personnel from
throughout the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) component
organizations.
